I have successfully led and mentored teams, with and without formal leadership authority, including managing a 12-person engineering and product management department. I am dedicated to fostering professional development and creating a culture of high performance.

User Experience

Prioritizing user experience has been a core focus in my product management roles. I have actively contributed to UX design using Sketch and Figma, and I have also worked closely with UX consultants to design solutions that effectively address customer needs, reduce frustration events, and enhance overall user satisfaction.
